Jealous | Dan Howell
I have noticed some readers adding this story to "phan" reading lists, so I wanted to just make an update. **THIS IS NOT A PHAN STORY** This was written a few years before Dan and Phil came out as gay. It is a Dan Howell fan fiction, where the main character (that is a girl) falls in love with him. Just wanted to clear that up. I don't want to delete this work because there's so many reads and votes, and as shitty as this story is, I love going back and reading the wonderful comments people have made. ~~~~~ Rachel Alice, Phil Lester's best friend, is coming to visit him for the first time in two years. She'll also be meeting Phil's roommate, Dan, for the first time.Complete

Uncovered (A Phan fic)
High school.... supposed to be the best years ever. Not to Daniel Howell. He's a pastel, shy boy with anxiety. He gets bullied almost everyday because of his fashion choices. People call him offensive names and beat him up. The thing about Dan is that he has a secret that can't be uncovered. His dad beats him up, causing him to have severe depression. Phil is a punk- jock that can pretty much bang anyone he pleases and can get away with anything. On the first day of senior year, Dan gets seated next to Phil and they both start to talk more and more. Making their relationship more intense. But Dans secrect shall remain... uncovered. WARNINGS Language Abuse (Bullying, alcohol) Fluff (maybe smut) DdlbComplete
Danny's Girl (Phan)
I've read a bunch of phan, so why not write one? Dan Howell's life couldn't be any better at the moment. He has met the most beautiful, charming, kind girl he could ever imagine, and she loves him back. Everything is perfect... but not for Phil. Phil Lester has always been in love with Dan since the first moment he first met him, but now Phil's heart is crushed. He has some suspicions of Dan's girlfriend, but Dan just brushes it off, ignoring Phil completely. Unfortunately, Phil's bad feelings may be true... Sexual content, self harm, language, and domestic abuse warning. Also, I'm American, so if I get anything wrong, please tell me. ••• Update: This is very old (not really that old) writing! It's cringy as hell, and I apologize in advance. I have fixed a few errors, so if it seems slightly different than it was before, that's why.Complete

Euphoric but Empty
This is my first fanfic I ever attempted writing so I'm sorry it sucks Dan has a bad life and is constantly looking for the positive and usually comes up short... Until Phil. Dan is believed to be a grumpy badass by most. There is some truth to that. But, under the surface he is a sweet and happy guy. Phil has a happy life but can never seem to find true happiness... Until Dan. Phil uses the illusion of happiness to hide the true darkness within him. When the two have a chance encounter, their lives change forever. Phil colors Dan's world in ways he never thought possible. And Phil realized that maybe he didn't need to hide. Triggers: attempted suicide, depression, and boyxboy (is that a trigger?)Complete
