When the Master, the insane Time Lord from Gallifrey, finds himself in a parallel world in which Harry Potter is real, he meets fellow insane genius Bartemius Crouch Junior. With a strange craving for his company, he invites the Scotsman to be his companion. Together, they plot the destruction of much, the enslavement of planets, the murder of innocent souls, and along the way find out what they hold in common, and work together to find out who they truly are.
