Kira Barnaby is not a normal girl. As a matter of fact, she's the farthest thing from it. Always has been, always will be. She knows this, and has accepted it. She's been described as a combination of Lily Munster, Sherlock Holmes, and Shawn Spencer. She has a gift, a gift that leaves her alone and hated; the gift of observation and deductive reasoning. Sure, thats not the only thing that makes her different, not by a long shot. The only person who can tolerate her and her uniqueness is her best friend, Jason Sunderland. But one day, when two homicide detectives come to her door and ask her to help find a serial killer, it will change everything. It'll change her perception of the human race, and herself. This is no ordinary serial killer. This psychopath has a personal score to settle with Kira in a game she never knew she was playing. And to top it all off, Jason in within the killer's sights. Will Kira be able to save the one person who ever cared about her? I suppose we'll have to wait and see....
