The Potter family was near-perfect, two twin sons, wealth, fame, and a future brighter then the sun... but it hides a secret, while one son the 'older' of the two sons, Charlus, or Charles as his parents called him, was known to have magic, but none had heard anything of the younger, Harry. The reason being very sinister, on that fateful October night, where Godric's Hollow was razed to the ground, there was a choice made, Charlus the supposed 'Boy-Who-Lived' had his core fail after Harry blocked Voldemort's Avada Kedavra. Dumbledore took the two boys, who's parents had then been awakened from their duels with Voldemort, and switched their cores, Harry lost his magic, and Charlus regained his. The switch had been covered up, Harry being said to be a squib, but what if one day, Snape accidently let it slip, not knowing that Harry was eavesdropping? What if he stumbled across the mythical castle of Avalon? What if an old man welcomed him, adopted him? What if that old man...

63 parts Complete

Thomas potter is the "Boy-Who-Lived." His fame and future named by the beloved wizard of the light, Albus Dumbledore. But what happens if he made a mistake? Harry/Hadrian Potter was pushed into the background ever since Albus Dumbledore made the declaration that his twin brother was the one who defeated the infamous Lord Voldemort. He was ignored and forgotten by his friends, his family, and the world. But he's not alone. With the help of his grandfather Charlus Potter, he learns of his family's rich history, both the prideful and the painful. Starting from the beginning of Harry's life through all his years of Hogwarts, he dives deeper into the Potter clan's history, the cracks within the Wizarding World, and most of all, smart and powerful wizards that made innovations beyond their times. Throughout it all, he finds that his destiny has been set forth by his ancestors centuries before his time. Will he follow the path set before him, or will he forge things his way and follow what he thinks is right.
