Thomas Johnson is a good guy that was raised wrong. He was wise for his young age, Thomas had his dad to thank for that. Johnny, Thomas's father was a single dad after his wife's illness led to her death. Johnny knew that he to teach his son how to be a man with integrity and respect like his late wife would have wanted.
Thomas was on the right path until a school incident changed his life forever, leading him down a path he was never taught to live. Thomas is now forced to live a life he never wanted. He has to decide what is more important to him, his pride or his sanity.

I honestly didn't realize how broken I was. I just figured that if I shut all my feelings out that they would go away. They didn't. They came back strong as ever. And I did the worst thing that I could do. I let my feelings get the best of me. My daddy told me to never let anyone walk over me. And yet that is exactly what everybody does.
