He looks at the sky, then back to me. "I suppose we can walk there if you want. That will take about 4 hours."

"How else are we supposed to get there?" I ask, but right after I have a pretty good guess and I gulp. 

He sees this and grins widely, showing his pointy teeth. "Oh yes, it's exactly what you think. Hop on."


Tyra just went through loosing her family, and potentially her entire race. She thought she was human up until a short while ago. Tyra struggles to find out who, and what she is. With the help of her scaly friend, Tyra goes on a journey to find her Grandpa, if he is even still alive.

Lets hope he is, because Tyra discovers she'll die when she turns 19 without him.
