Mackenzie just turned 17 and thinks she's living a normal life with her 3 year brother Max and 10 year old twins Jessica and Liliana. At Longville High School she's not the most liked person with her two friends Jake Bass and Abby lakewood. What happens when a new student Noah Johnston comes a long and starts talking to her out of the blue and he never seems to leave her alone. Noah has a secret of his own, and he can't just tell anyone. When things go wrong how will Mackenzie and Noah handle it? In Mackenzie's family it always seems to skip a generation, for the last 100 years it always did it but for some reason it didn't with Mackenzie. Her parents always thought it had skipped her until they started noticing changes and when Noah started coming around more often. Her parents will do everything in there power to keep her safe even if it mean risking there lives.
