The Sirens that once caused Mia much pain, have finally died down and life seems to be looking great, as she has been accepted into her dream Med School that is located in Oregon.
She happily accepts the offer and Phoenix , happily changed departments in order to make the big move with the love of his life.
Except theres a little catch. Nick, the once little brother of Nix, is no longer so little and will be moving with them.

So when the hospital merged with Seattle Grace, she decided it was her opportunity to become what her mother never thought. She decided to work twice as hard for her new chief so she could become Chief of cardiothoracic surgery and win incredible awards, such as the Grey Honour. But what happens when Darcy meets the chief of neurosurgery? Will she leave her dreams of surgery for her dream girl?
