The negative emotions begin to take over him more after his mother left and his father changed. Here comes the domino effect.
No one can see the string but him. If he tries mentioning it to someone, they think he's gone insane.
He often wonders what's on the other side of the string. What he finds isn't what he expected at all.

I'm warning, I wrote this when I was 16 with no experience with reading or writing so it lacks quite a bit lol. I think I took the idea of one shots a little too seriously. I'm currently going over and editing bits, it may take a while as I'm so cringed out. I also may delete one shots I feel are...crap lol. After a training session gone wrong, Lance is injected with a poison which threatens to take away his memory after a week.
