When two ordinary boys attempt to go to the aid of a girl being attacked by a man in a mask, they are transported to a different dimension full of danger and adventure. Gravity dissolves, illusions are more frequent than reality, and a darkness more powerful than either boy can imagine is hard at work, desperate to either control or destroy all of humanity. There the two boys will either find their true destiny, or die running from it.

I am not your typical 16 year-old girl going around obsessing over boy bands and clothes, I can't obsess over those things on a daily when everyday I'm in fear that the government will take me in. I have superpowers. Not the superpowers like fake magic, real superpowers. Everyone would do absolutely anything to be me. But, I would trade my life with yours cause' I hate having this fear everyday. People fear me though. They're afraid that I'll hurt them, but would never hurt a soul.
