Spacial Rend between Two Worlds

Having your Pokémon get thrown at you can be really deadly. The pain you feel and the numbness in your body stays there for a while. So when Park Jimin, the most well-known Pokémon Trainer throughout the regions, gets his pokémon partner thrown right at him, sends him to the Hospital in a critical condition. Due to the amount of broken ribs that pierced his insides, he lands into the state of a coma. However, when he wakes up he gets a huge surprise.

He passes out due to the air pressure, but gets awoken by someone calling him. A Pokémon. And not just any pokémon, a Zorua by the name of Yoongi. It is then revealed to him that he, too, is a Pokémon, a Sneasel to be exact

This leads him to many questions, Why was he sent here? What's his purpose in this world? There's more to come in Spacial Rend between Two Worlds!
