After losing an extended family member, I wrote this poem to remember her. Gussie Zaks passed away on March 11th, at 9am. She was strong, sweet, and extremely courageous. She was one of the most inspiring people in my life. A survivor of the holocaust, she passed away at 92. I'll forever miss her, and forever love her.
