During a genocide in Rwanda, Takka (Luke Harris) an 11-year-old-boy, runs from danger only to be stopped by a shadow that moves faster than anything the world has ever seen.
23 years later, Luke, who is now an electrician, discovers a whole new world between the first and second dimensions known as the speed kingdom after being struck by lightning while holding a broken wire from a telephone tower with a ripped glove.
