There's only mere inches between them. All Louis wants to do now is to let him kiss him. Confess everything and be in his safe arms forever, never let him go.
But...
"We can't..." Louis says, his voice thick as he tries to hold in his emotions, placing his small hands on his broad chest and pushes him away half heartedly. It took him a lot of effort to do that since this is what he wants. What he needs.
But he can't have that. He can't break the promise he made to his parents.
So he decides to keep the promise at the cost of rejecting the boy he had grown feelings for. He is everything Louis ever want, but can't have.
