The story starts with a girl name Koyoyuki Tedaishi, the hiress of the Tedaishi throne and the sucessor of Tedaishi Sky clad. In order to gain power she abandons her family and set out in a journey to find the true meaning of real power. This journey makes her end up in Konoha and goes under training of several years under the leadership of Kakashi Hatake.(readers plz note rasha is the nickname of Koyoyuki Tedaishi)
