Beyond The Wave
Everything was going so well: a perfect new job with a perfect new boss and a perfect new home. But then I discovered that the perfect boss was, in fact, a paranoid loony who wanted to lock me up in his glorified bomb shelter and do unspeakable things to me. And I couldn't afford to leave the now less-than-perfect job or I'd lose the perfect home. And then the big wave came and changed everything. And it turns out that my boss wasn't paranoid after all. And he would do anything to keep me safe in the frightening new world in which we found ourselves. Even if it meant changing me.Complete
