"What?" he asked rubbing his eyes. He stopped and looked up at me when I did not answer. His blue eyes met my brown ones and I was caught in the moment. His eyes were real pretty. How come I never noticed them before? He saw me staring at his eyes in awe. He grinned and I was forced to look away. I knew he was watching me. A few minutes passed before I decided to open my mouth. 

         "You are a ghost right? You should be scaring people, shouldn't you? Ghosts do not sleep at night, do they?" I asked all at once!

          "I am a modern ghost princess!" he smirked.

          "Princess? Now where did that come from?" I groaned.

           Our conversation was interrupted by another crash downstairs. The two of us bolted into the corridor to see what or rather who had caused it.All Rights Reserved

BOOK #1 in The Fire series TRIGGER WARNING IN SOME CHAPTERS He leans closer, keeping me pinned against the wall with his hands on either side of my head. I glanced at both of them before holding his glare with my own. He was giving me a cold stare, caging me in like an animal. I bit my lip, trying to hold it back. I was never good in situations like these. He stopped leaning forward when his face was just inches from mine. He was trying to make me uncomfortable. Trying to scare me, but he didn't. I wasn't scared of him. I didn't hide my face or get nervous... I just bit my lip harder, trying to hold it in. It would just make things worse for me, I bet. He kept his eyes on mine as I glanced at his friend behind him with his arms crossed and a bored expression on his face. I looked back at the man in front of me. "You shouldn't act that way around me." He says coldly. "I can have you dead right-" I couldn't hold it in. I started laughing. He leans back, shocked, but his face goes into a glare as soon as his friend behind him perks up, watching, interested now. I calm down a little. "I'm sorry." I say, catching my breath. "Continue, Continue." He watched me closely before leaning closer to me again. "I can have you killed-" Suddenly, I lost it again, laughing harder, bending a little to hold my stomach. He punched the wall in an effort to scare me but instead made me laugh even harder, falling to the ground and rolling on my side. Soon I had his friend laughing with me as the man in front of me glared at both of us. "Don't give me that look. She's the one who started laughing." His friend said, wheezing a little bit and trying to stop laughing. I calmed down a bit, standing up to face them, a smile on my face. "Now, if you're done threatening me," I raise an eyebrow. "Or at least trying to. I'll be on my way." With that, I grabbed my backpack, turned my back to them, and walked away.

There was so much adrenaline that was flowing throw me I simply said " actually no your mom gave them to me". " Look b*tch I don't now who you think your dealing with." She said grabbing my collar. " let go of me" I said through clenched teeth. "Yeah or what " she said back making her grip tighter. Making my eyes shift from there usual hazel brown to black as night put my hands on her wrist burning her, with that I shoved her into the other wall with one hand making her crack the wall. ( oh I sure hope the wall is okay) : note my sarcasm: Looking around I saw people's eyes wide and mouths gape open. " hey...ummm I think you should close you mouth before you catch flies or something" I said sarcastically almost jogging out the school. As soon as I stepped foot out the school doors my trouble some life didn't end there I caught sight of the person I hated with a passion. Before that person could say anything I took off towards the woods. Not to be reminded that the woods here were a dangerous place to be at night. And night was falling unusually fast.

**Book 2 titled Keep Me is up** The lights were off, all except the emergency light that flickered every now and then. I got chills just being here by my lonesome... at least I thought I were. I heard the door then footsteps coming directly towards me. "Hello?" I called out, angling my head to get a clearer view. I waited a couple seconds then suddenly I saw this dark figure walk under the emergency light. The moment the light hit those soft brown eyes, I knew exactly who it was, feeling safe enough to turn my attention back to closing the closet door. "What are you doing here?" I asked, throwing him a look over my shoulder. I felt him coming closer behind me, causing me to turn around. "I came here to be dressed," He was now inches away from me. "Isn't that your job, babe?" "Only for the next hour and a half," I said, backing up as he moved closer. When I felt the doors of the closet pressed against my back, a couple of swears escaped my mouth and I knew that I had no other choice but to await his next move. He was now an inch away from my face, staring me directly in the eyes. He leaned down to my ear, grazing it before he spoke. "Then dress me."
