Superheroes were an everyday occurrences in the early 60's. Then the rise of supervillains began. And the heroes died out. Without heroes, the villains began dying out to. And in their place, corrupt businessmen and politicians began molding the world. It's been about 25 years since the last super hero had died or went into hiding. The time for vigilantes, heroes, and villains was gone. But the time for them will arise again.
