Blair Underwood is a 17 year old girl who lives in a small, but wealthy town in Washington, named Medina. Blair is beautiful, clever, enthusiastic, and very optimistic about everything. She's the most indomitable girl you can ever meet. Blair is an ordinary girl who loves Miles Lambert unconditionally. Miles Lambert, 18 years old, is Blair's neighbor. Although he doesn't have the same feelings towards Blair, she never seems to give up. It doesn't quite bother him, because he's used to it. He's the most attractive male at school, and all the girls try to be with him. Miles doesn't have time for girls. He's very concentrated with his school work, and his music playing. Ever since he was 7 he's been playing the violin and has been one of the most youngest successful violin players ever known. Blair does everything to get Miles attention. She'd really do anything, because they've known each other for so long. Ever since Blair was 7, she has had a crush on him. No one else interested her. But something tragic happens. Blair is told she has cancer when she goes to a regular check up at the hospital. Her parents are doctors, and do everything known demand to help her daughter recover. But its too late. The cancer has spread. What is Miles reaction? He's so used to having Blair around.. How will he feel when she's not there? Quiet... He knows he owes her. Blair has helped him countless of times. What will he do? Will he change?

He knows their history started before she even knows, what he didn't expect was for her to be so different from what he has always believed.
