Born a Muggle, raised by a single Mother, moved halfway across the world for a job, studied child behavioural psychology at the advanced level, took up a smoking habit, and lived the first 11 years of her adult life alone - Dr Bailey Kate Axton has lived no adventurous fairy tale.
