"Yes," My mother told her.
"So how long has it been since the passing?" The therapist said insensitively.
My fingers dug into my palms, and I wished that I was anywhere but here.
"Only a week." My mother said. "I already told you, the problem is that she doesn't believe me. She thinks he's still alive."
"That's because he's not. He promised me that he would never leave me, he swore that he would stay with me forever." I hissed.
