Silence covered the battlefield whilst all eyes were drawn towards the centre of it, waiting in apprehension for the smoke that currently hovered to finally clear.
Gasps rang out across the battlefield at the unexpected outcome, shock being wrote on the faces of everyone in the arena, but none more so than that of Ash Ketchum.
"Pikachu is unable to battle, therefore the winner of this battle is Giovanni! Also in accordance to the deal made prior to this battle, Ash Ketchum is now the newest member of Team Rocket!"
