Quest for Aphrodite's hand

A young hero woke up in a unfamiliar place. He felt cold he was wearing only a loin clothe and was equipped with only a dagger. His name was Alex.

Alex scanned his surroundings, he was in a forest full of lush greenery and full of sounds of.... unfriendly creatures. "Well...." Alex said in a quiet tone of voice, "Here goes nothing". Alex was on a quest assigned to him by the goddess Aphrodite, to trek through scared land full of lust filled monsters to retrieve golden apples. If he succeeds he is gifted with her hand in marriage, if he fails he will succumb to the lust of this forest and the many warriors who have met a similar fate as him.
