I've just had the best idea yet: The Boy Project. These charts, graphs , and observations are sure to help me uncover the mysteries of boys. Right? But I never expected where my research might take me. Like to the boys' bathroom. And to the principals office. Or to facing off against the school's meanest girl and keeping secrets from my BFF. What kind of stories would your walls say if they could talk? If they could finally tell the stories that they have been creating since they were first built? If they could vent about all the drama happening inside and outside of those walls? What if the school walls could talk? What stories would they tell? Would they be stories with any real plot, or just random gossip around the school? What if only the school bathrooms could talk? Would you hear all the dirty gossip said by the so called popular girls? Would you hear all the unheard cries? Would you finally find meaning in those little messages in stalls or on the walls? Most importantly, would you even want to hear these stories? Because in a little high school called Westveiw High, these aren't just stories. They are the legends that the school will be forever built on. From story to story, year to year, you get sucked into the petty and meaningful drama of one of the most eventful 8 years this high school has ever seen. (There will be mentions of drugs, self harm, and some making out, so you have been warned young padawans.)

They were trouble. You could just tell by looking at them. They didn't talk to anybody, besides others in the group and people in our school spread stories about them all the time. They were intriguing and we all wanted to be apart of them. But of course, they weren't exactly open to letting others in. Overtime peoples wanting to be apart of them lessened or went away all together. But mine never did and I knew exactly why. It was her. The way she held herself and the mystery of what not only they held but what she held to. I figured it would just be an infatuation from afar. But oh how I was wrong.

Not all abuse is physical. Some is the result of psychological warfare. For 42 years, I seemed to be receiving coded messages that something was wrong. They came from seemingly likable billboard ads, pop songs and TV comedy skits. The queasiness, the worries , the obsessions when I would see certain unrelated words and images -- why? Could I ever solve the puzzle and figure out what had gone off the rails in my otherwise happy youth? This is the true story of a man who had set out to right the world's wrongs, and finally faced a hideous injustice from his own past, then started a road to feeling okay!

Brush my teeth, get dressed, go to school and do homework. That's what my life was about, occasionally going to parties. But when a new kid comes to school and turns your world upside down, your best friend turning into your enemy. And me, turning into something that isn't exactly human. Things could get pretty strange. Especially with a life like mine. It would take a lot of work to actually survive, but to live at the same time is just exhausting. But it's all worth it. I can now call my life one word: Unpredictable.
