Williams Executioners: Est.1666

Phineas Williams has been an executioner since his youth. Now, a married man with a family of his own, he continues in his profession. He lives by the lesson his father taught him:
'Only the unprincipled can afford emotion, particularly guilt.'

This is my first attempt at a horror short story. I hope you enjoy.

Warning: This is a story about an executioner. This goes into detail of hanging and other forms of death. If you're bothered by hanging or murder, I would not recommend proceeding.
