The room was dark lit and the only light I could see was her eyes. The metal chains gripped her wrists and was starting to form bruises on her skin. She looked at me with her furrowed brows and opened her tantalizing, plump lips.
"I thought you wanted to kill me? Its been weeks, Your Grace. What's stopping you from fulfilling your oath?"
God, If only she knew. She had marked my heart and soul and I couldn't bear the thought of harming her. I wanted her to live but I couldn't even let her go. No, I won't have her escape me and go back to the Vikings. She's mine and only mine.

The Season Winter troll I was battling went to pick me up before its hand and head were sliced off in a split second. The audience went silent as I stood and glared at the Queen pointing my sword at her, its blade dripping the blood of my defeated opponent. The Guardian gave me the power surge I needed to force my way through the Queen's defenses, who she demanded subdue me. They were innocent, but stood in my way. So I had to cut them down.

They took her. That's the last thing that burns in my mind, at least the most important thing that can come to mind.
