Zoey hasn't left her house in three years, and for the most part, she's okay with that. After all, she has her mom, Burrito Man, and an imaginary pet dragon named Max to keep her company. She feels safe in her room.
But home may no longer be as safe as it used to be.
"Bulletin Board Dragon" was first published in short story format by One Teen Story; it then went on to earn an Emerging Writers nomination, win first in the Eudora Welty Creative Writing Contest, and gain recognition from Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. This novella continues Zoey's story.

Hi, after many years I've decided to write again. I hope you enjoy reading this story. This is a BL romance story. Will include mature themes as well as some themes that might make some uncomfortable. I'll put in content warnings when those themes come up. Max is a 28 year old guy that has been alone for the past two years. Almost completley isolating himself. His best friend suggests he gets a roommate, so he doesn't have to live alone. And the story unfolds from there.
