James Hilton has never had sex. He is a quiet boy, shy and unconfident. He is the typical teenager.
'It's as if I'm being dragged kicking and screaming by my friends into becoming a person that I don't really want to be. And I can't do it, which hurts me. I hate being told what to do and who to be, and I can't seem to go a day in my life without it.'
Of course, this book is not about soppy kissing or love stories. In the real world, life is far more complicated, and the struggles of a teenage boy are there for everyone to see. Most boys have a side that they would never show to their friends, concerned of being called gay and weird, but as James begins to struggle, he begins to question the reason for his unhappiness and whether it is worth it or not.
I'm currently writing the book (I haven't even got a title yet), adding a few chapters every now and then listening out for any kind of feedback. Thanks in advance.
