An eccentric nerd finds himself stuck in a time loop after something weird happens down the street at Shirou Emiya's place. Tom Tomonaga doesn't know why he's repeating the same two weeks over and over again. He doesn't know anything about magic, the secret world of mages, or the Grail War. But he'll have to learn if he wants to escape back into a world that makes sense, all while arguing with a pushy voice inside of his own head and discovering how many ways there are to die (spoiler: they all suck.) Also features science in an absurd universe, frequent psychological trauma, and -- oh yeah -- the end of the world.

Yes, yes it is, but it's surprisingly fun and effective. :) We pretty much live for the Inevitable Ascension series and did just about everything ourselves-the writing, the editing, the publishing, the art (well, Andrew did the art, but Sasha provided invaluable consulting when it came to eyebrows), the audio book, the trailer-everything. We're basically a one-man band, except with two people... and no music... so perhaps not the best metaphor, but we're confident you get what we mean. Alaya uses the help of another to merge the archer card in Shiro, also remove his tan marks and patch of white hair. It'll help him be at his full potential, comparable to the Heroic Spirit EMIYA, but also with her interference it will give him a boost in strength and speed, making him better than the original. His goal is to win the Grail war. But to also make sure Irisviel doesn't die. He is promised that even if he fails to win the Grail war but is able to make sure Irisviel remains alive with Kiritsugu then he can still become human and live a human life.
