Gregor the Overlander Book VII
(see Book VI: Gregor and the Prophecy of the Overland, before reading this book)
Something strange is happening to Gregor. His vision-like dreams are growing clearer and more frequent until they plague him during the day as well as the night. He sees countless horrifying visions-past, present, and future-that make real-life seem like the dream.
And they seem to be warning him of something-some horrible fate that might destroy Regalia if he can't learn to understand his new ability.

*I do not own any of these characters or the original plot line for the first five books. The credit for those goes to Suzanne Collins, whom I hope would approve of my ideas for sequels.*

After committing treason and narrowly escaping death, a selfish prince must learn to adapt, survive, and discover his own potential in the world he never knew existed, beyond Regalia's walls. *** To think it all started with a singular question: "What if the fall in "Gregor the Overlander" wasn't the end of Henry's story, but the beginning?" Well, here is my answer. Today, I invite you to come along on a brand new journey to the Underland - only this time you follow not the Overland warrior but the fallen Prince of Regalia. After committing treason and narrowly escaping death, Henry finds himself cut off from his society, stranded in the unexplored wilds of his world. There, he must adapt, survive, and forge more than one reluctant alliance. Oh, and learn one or another lesson about simple decency while we're at it. Meet new characters and species, and face villains and obstacles as you join Henry on his own personal quest for the curious combination of survival, self-discovery, and, of course, the character development canon never gave him. And what a quest it will be. *** DISCLAIMER: This work is based on Suzanne Collins' "Gregor the Overlander"-series (The Underland Chronicles). It is not recommended to read this work without having read those books. Going forward, I will treat the readers as though they have read the original (there will be massive spoilers, and knowledge of canon characters, events, and universe/lore will be expected). *** © The Underland Chronicles - Suzanne Collins © My Characters - me © Cover Image - me

I looked at him in shock, "How do you know that?" "I know a lot of things about you, Ms. Prior, even things you don't know yourself." Excuse me? "From what you can do," he paused giving me a look before directing his gaze back at the field. "To your eye color. Your parents have blue ones, so I don't see how that works." What? He continued without question, "You are still a mystery to us, as you have never showed any signs of power before, so it's sort of confusing." He paused for a few seconds them said, "You're different; you have an ability. You're a Supernatural." "Ok, I really need to go so..." I began walking back, but he stuck out his arm to block me. And that's when it happened. Flames rose on his arms, lighting them on fire. I backed up, feeling the heat radiate off his arms. I was in utter shock, yet he looked relaxed, amused even. "What the hell are you?" I jumped back, and the fire went out, a smirk rising on his face. "I'm just like you." ***** Kayla Prior has always been a popular girl, and everyone looks up to her. She has always had something different from the rest of the crowd, and never knew what it was. There are others like her who support her every step. However, none can help her with what she is about to face. She's the key to defeating evil forces that lie in wait. She's being hunted down, and Kayla gets into a mess that no one can get her out of, except the ones she trusts... But what happens when one day, the person she trusts most almost kills her, and she finds out it was fully intentional?
