based 10 years after max chose to save chloe arcadia bay is rebuilt and blackwell opens its doors to new students but not all the evil in arcadia was wiped out by the storm as two new students will discover when they find a video left by max before her and chloe ran away together will they be able to discover the truth about their new principal and how he managed to survive the storm
