After the events of dark moon, luigi discoverd that that not all the ghosts are bad or scary, but he also discoverd that the portrait ghost he captured where selled by E.Gadd, snd now someone have freed them all, thats how king boo was back, all the ghost are trying to find their home but the found out it disappeared and in the place was built the new house of the one that captured them Luigi, they wanted to attack him but decided not to because they fear the poultergust 3000, but only one stay and that was melody, she stay because she saw how luigi was cursed and shrunk inside his home as he sleeps, she went there yo help him and she finds out why he help E.Gadd, he help him because he wanted to recue his brother that was trapped in the mansion
