Every 10 years, the American Supernatural council holds a 'gathering'. They invite 10 packs from across the country. They compete for prizes such as land, supplies, and money for the further growth of their pack.
The competition last 2 to 3 weeks. Everything is finalized after the approval of the council.
Every 20 years, two special events happens during the 'gathering' (1) The council invites five pack members to join the council no matter their age, sex, or status. (2) A few international/royal packs are invited to the 'gathering'.
Females of any status and omega males can get pregnant. If you don't like it DON'T READ!!
Story mainly follows the Omega's POV.
