Keram Shanra is one of a lucky few to have survived the Paviki Genocide by the hands of the Tamrel Alliance, he now exists to prevent such attacks on the Surhiel Alliance. After he intercepted the last known message from Dean Brooks, the Human to make first contact with intelligent life outside of Earth. He, along with a small crew are on a mission to find him. They are left with one lead. Tamrel took him, thus attacking Surhiel and beginning a war.
