A Voltron Mermaids and Sirens AU, a young siren decides to defy his territory's wishes and cross the border, ignoring the centuries and centuries of mutual hate between merpeople and sirens and he discovers that mermpeople aren't all that bad...
Unlike in actual mythology, the sirens aren't a bird-like creature but rather have shark-like tails and such. This whole story is heavily based and inspired by an rp I'm in with a friend, her profile is linked in the very first chapter so credit to her too! Beware of spoilers!!

I'm writing a book about sirens and merpeople (yes, different things) and want opinions as I go along with the story and some support so I can continue writing! Sophia is part of the crew on the Major after hearing rumours the captain decided she has to die But as she was drowning she found a new power within her an turns into a siren Follow Sophia and her, later found, best friend Lucy on their adventures while discovering more and more of Sophia's powers. And I smell a romance between the friends blossoming And I have already written their get together scene so that is a promise I intend to keep ;) It's gonna be rated Mature when I post that scene, but until then it's off And that scene doesn't really hold any plot so you can skip it (I'll put a warning before and tell you when it's over though)
