Cassie Cullen is the wife of none other than Carlisle Cullen.
She was turned by Carlisle in 1800 after she failed to give birth to her son.
It was later realised her husband had been poisoning her.
When she awoke from being Changed by her doctor, she ran away telling him she wanted nothing more than revenge.
Once she killed her husband she met Vladimir and Stefan, she lived with them. Until one day a group of hunters found her, she toyed with them not being afraid, but Vladimir saved her.
He told her to find Carlisle where she would be safe and so she did. In 1903 she met with the man who saved her once again....
