(au after the last episode of Root A) As Tokyo rips itself apart, Kaneki, Touka, and the rest of their friends move their coffee business to Liberty City, away from the CCG as their is no CCG operations, and human and ghouls live together in harmony, but they are unaware that secret investigators hide in the dark alleys of the city and are wanted for countless ghoul related murders. 

Meanwhile, Niko, fresh off the boat, moves to Liberty to meet with his cousin, free from his past, and looking for the person who is responsible for killing his war friends for money. 

Both individuals, including Johnny, a chapter vice president of the Lost MC and Luis, a manager of the nightclubs in Algonquin and a bodyguard to the now not-so-well-recognized club runner "Gay" Tony Prince, cross paths and must work together with dealers, gangs, and the US government to make themselves safe and renowned from their previous lives.

(Kaneki X Uta) Tokyo Ghoul {Slowly being edited} This is a story about Kaneki and Uta finding each other after Kaneki's accident and falling for each other. Kaneki and uta are completely smitten with each other from the second kaneki walks into Uta's shop. These two are completely gone for each other but both have a past that will not be ignored. Kaneki is still coming to terms to almost dying at the hands of a ghoul and later waking up as one himself. Ghouls always fell for the whole 'tortured soul' thing he had going for him and he'd let them if it meant taking his mind off things. When he sees something he likes he takes it, Uta likes what he sees in kaneki but is afraid of being hurt again. Given Uta's complicated past will he reject the connection they have because he's afraid or will he let the sweet little ghoul steal what's left of his heart. Eventually he'd begin to not only sympathize them but understand them. One day Y/N decided to head to a local coffee shop where he laid eyes on what he thought was the most beautiful woman ever. She had violet colored hair. Will he make any moves?

The once carefree and Christian spirited JJ loses it and goes after the people responsible for the death of his brother. After killing the congressman, and fleeing the state, JJ is approached by Kevin. Kevin convinces JJ to join the very cartel responsible for his brother's death in able to take them down from the inside. JJ later joins the Seven Devils and meets Nathaniel Steel, an ex-navy seal. The two create an awkward bond.
