In a futuristic world, nearly 250 years past 2018, lives the generation of SMM, the System of Merit and Moral. Run by Ekua Jarl, an inspiration to her people, but not liked by all. It is modern world in which some countries see SMM as too futuristic, too much. It's a constant battle in the media around the globe. Ugo Ufuoma, her previous boyfriend, works directly under her. He supports SMM but what will happen when information is leaked, and SMM begins to crumble from the inside out? Who will get hurt and who will survive, and where does that leave SMM?
