Megan Page goes to a small, rough-life side of New York, every Fall season, starting when she's thirteen. Her first time there, she meets three new people who later become her best friends; Christina, Dillon and Chris. Every Fall, she drives to the small town and hangs out with the trio. When she goes back, the year she's seventeen, she begins to develop feelings for one of her friends, but she's scared to admit them. She's afraid he won't like her back. She doesn't return the year of her eighteenth birthday. When she returns her nineteenth year, she knows it will be her last all because of a crushing secret. How will she spend her last Fall....?
