Hi. I'm Katerina. But all my friends call me Kat. I'm 20 years old. My parents are dead. I got adopted when I was eight. And when I was 16 I moved out. I liked the mother that adopted me but the dad was a drunk and when he was he was a abusive. I have a scar from when he struck me with his beer bottle. So me and my mom moved out and went to live on our own. Almost six months after we moved out she had a heart attack and died. I honestly can't really cope with Liams passing so I'm writing a fanfic. This is my way of keeping Liam alive. The idea of the book is one that I pulled from an old unpublished fanfic I wrote in 2014. The idea was to travel back in time to be with one direction, which now seems something I want to do more than ever. I'll tell you now that I decided the main character will travel back from a time where Liam was still alive so she doesn't have to deal with knowing when he'll pass away. Just to keep everything light and fun. Disclaimer I'll publish as I go so sorry if you have to wait for the next chapter, but I'm uploading every other day. Normally I wouldn't publish my writing I'm too much of a perfectionist to share stuff like this but grieving alone really sucks so I'm just hoping us directioners can find comfort within each other. I'll try my best to include many personal details and events about the boys into the book but I have to leave some room for creative writing. I'm also just grieving and hurting so please let's be kind to one another.

I look into the blue eyes of my best friend and it feels like staring down a stranger. They are familiar and foreign all in the same moment, glossy and pleading. The dimly lit street allows only enough light to cast glimmers on our faces and subtle shadows on the ground. It's raining but I've hardly noticed; all I see is him. "Megan please don't go," he says desperately. "I-I'm sorry." A tear falls steadily down my cheek. I don't want to go but I have to be strong for myself. I run forward and wrap my arms around him in a hug. "I love you Niall," I say near his ear, "I just don't like the person you've become."
