With Every Heartbeat

Sixteen-year old Sarah Parker awkwardly breaks her arm from playing soccer. After a couple of months, she notices that her arm still hasn't fully recovered and finds a few spots placed exactly where she broke it. After complaining to a few doctors about it, one announces that she has a rare cancer that may risk her life.
Seventeen year-old Justin Dallas is a rugby player who had a horrible accident out in the field that affected his rugby career. He's ok, but he's still too scared to step onto the field. He also still needs daily checkups as his legs still hasn't fully recovered.
After the two meet in hospital, they realize that they are both facing fear. Sarah is scared of death and Justin is scared that the same accident might happen to him if he plays rugby again.
What they don't realize is that life is too short for being scared...and it may be possible they they find love within the consequences....
