A light brown tabby she cat sat with her long tail wrapped over her paws, staring out into the forest. Her white chest and belly stood out against the dark night, her yellow eyes glinting like claws. "Ambercloud." A voice called from the camp entrance. The tabby she cat whirled around, fur bristling. She relaxed as she recognized the tortoiseshell tom. His light green eyes were brimming with concern as he padded towards her. When he pressed against her side, calmness swept over her. "What is it?" He whispered in her ear. His tufted ear tips brushed on her cheek and she purred happily. "Nothing. I was just...wondering how our kits would grow up." She replied. "Our kits will be fine. The Clan will protect and feed them always. Don't worry, Ambercloud." He licked her cheek reassuringly. "Everything will work out for the best." He whispered. Ambercloud sighed. "I hope so, Hawkfeather." She said softly. The tortoiseshell tom flicked his tail tip against Ambercloud's flank playfully. "Come on. Let's get back into the camp." He told her. Ambercloud nodded and followed him back towards the camp entrance. As she stepped into the fern tunnel, a sharp pain stabbed at her side. Ambercloud gasped for breath as another sharp pang pressed at her belly. "Hawkfeather!" She called to her mate, desperately clawing at the ground as pain made its way throughout her whole body. She felt a nose press against her muzzle. "Hawkfeather. The kits! They're coming!"

The age of humans have passed, and the only survivors still lure around Arian, searching for a chance of life. Some survivors have even gone savage by slowly adopting animal-like traits and forming into empires based on their species. In the midst of these animal groups, stands one empire named Stormclan. Their cat ears and claws are no match against the other clan's abilities, but they still manage to survive through the usual conflict over prey and territory. Gray is the leader of StormClan. She is being pressured by all of the drama around her and all it does is make her want to scream. Her past has always made her stronger, but adding her current situation to her past trauma seems to be slowly killing her. At the same time, her sister, Crystal never fit in since came back from running away when she was younger. With her multiple piercings and her sharp attitude, everything about her seems to be foreign to the other nekos. The wolves from Ashclan are slowly starting to tear their clan apart, and a castaway empire comes back to town. Nothing is in place and the gears of destiny are rusted in age. They must answer many questions. How will they defeat the tyrants? How does their past play a role in a situation they never meant to get themselves into? And most importantly, which secrets will be exposed? To go through this, Crystal and Gray may need strength that they never knew they had. Strength that they don't know how to find. Strength that is powerful enough to create a storm. Rated "mature" due to graphic violence, depression, and suicide scenes that may not be appropriate for younger kids. Age 12 and above.

"She actually decided to run from me... I don't know if she was a coward or just too weak and selfish to even consider giving me chance." Willowbranch is the least liked by her parents. She longs for intimacy with some cat. She tries to get close with other cats but often fails. When out on a patrol, she finds a ThunderClan cat speaking to her urgently about something terribly wrong inside his Clan... Maplespots has always been abnormally strong. When a Dark Forest cat comes to visit her in her dreams and nurtures this, it's up to debate what kind of a cat she is. Kind and loyal, or dangerous and evil. Amberleaf never believed in StarClan. This might not be too much of a problem if she were training as a warrior, but she was training as a medicine cat. When she reveals she doesn't believe in StarClan, cats around her believe her to be invalid as a medicine cat. She is diverted to warrior training, and it fills her with rage that the cats around her won't let her chase her destiny as a medicine cat because of her beliefs.
