A light brown tabby she cat sat with her long tail wrapped over her paws, staring out into the forest. Her white chest and belly stood out against the dark night, her yellow eyes glinting like claws. "Ambercloud." A voice called from the camp entrance. The tabby she cat whirled around, fur bristling. She relaxed as she recognized the tortoiseshell tom. His light green eyes were brimming with concern as he padded towards her. When he pressed against her side, calmness swept over her. "What is it?" He whispered in her ear. His tufted ear tips brushed on her cheek and she purred happily. "Nothing. I was just...wondering how our kits would grow up." She replied. "Our kits will be fine. The Clan will protect and feed them always. Don't worry, Ambercloud." He licked her cheek reassuringly. "Everything will work out for the best." He whispered. Ambercloud sighed. "I hope so, Hawkfeather." She said softly. The tortoiseshell tom flicked his tail tip against Ambercloud's flank playfully. "Come on. Let's get back into the camp." He told her. Ambercloud nodded and followed him back towards the camp entrance. As she stepped into the fern tunnel, a sharp pain stabbed at her side. Ambercloud gasped for breath as another sharp pang pressed at her belly. "Hawkfeather!" She called to her mate, desperately clawing at the ground as pain made its way throughout her whole body. She felt a nose press against her muzzle. "Hawkfeather. The kits! They're coming!"

PLEASE READ: this is a really really old book and now I write much better quality stories. I'm actually working on one! So please, I ask, do not read this book. I wrote it when I just couldn't write, but there is no way I'm gonna erase it or un publish it, don't ask why just go with da flow. A dead silence. Cats stared at each other as if the world had disappeared. The trees even seemed to pray silently as the dark warrior approached, three cats hanging limply from his jaws. The rustle of leaves, the scent of prey were the only indication that they were still alive in the forest. But the dark warrior stared at all the cats without flinching. Starclan itself would be powerless against this enemy of might. It laughed as he released the cats from his jaws, it smiled as it saw the frightened look on the cat's faces, it walked to the leader proudly, it's pawsteps shacking the forest. He was beautiful with his gleaming coat and strong legs. The black wolf left Liam on the ground and fiercely killed all of Liam's minions easily.
