Tibs escaped the guild, by fleeing his home. But that was years ago. So he learned as much as he could, and trained as hard as he could. and he made progress, Went from the bottom of Upsilon to somewhere in Rho in two decades. but he's now stuck, unable to push through the next step to advance. But he knows it's only a question of time until he can con his way into a dungeon and gain what he's missing. and he has time. those two decades barely saw him age a quarter of that, a young man, instead of a child. and he may be closer than he thinks. a mystery in a village leads to something unknown that could be the answer he's searching for if it doesn't kill him first.
