It was not her fault, nor was it his. He was just a demon and his mother was just an angel. He was a mistake but she still fought for him, until the very end. Now it's his turn to fight for her and it can't be done without a human. But this time, he needs one which will survive because he only has 6 years to live even though he's the son of the once demon ruler and as soon as she touches that rose, the countdown begins.He needs to end his past in order to start the future but that's hard when the higher council are after you and you're accused for the death of the parents and friend of the only girl who's helping you.
She just wants to get justice for their deaths. However, justice comes at a price. She has to join the demons, the very ones which kill people for fun. Or so she thought.
