After, most of the original suicide squad is killed Amanda Waller realizes she needs a new team to help stop a dangerous threat. She recruits Red Hood, Harley Quinn, Mister Freeze, Lady Shiva, and King Shark. On a mission to stop a chemical biohazard from being sold to an international terrorist organization. New romances in the squad cause a mess up in the mission, or will the mission go awol due to turmoil in the squad.

The GCPD decides to call batman's partners. Luckily Nightwing and Red Hood were the only ones available. On their way to stop Penguin they encounter Harley Quinn along the way. Harley was recently seen by Penguin and has put a bounty on her to finish her for good. This takes place a couple of years after Harley and the Joker broke up for good. Nightwing decides to help Harley while Red Hood is in the alternative. They work together to capture penguin and hopefully get rid of the bounty that has been set on Harley.
