Deep into the space-time continuum, dialga and palkia battle due to their never ending rivalry. One day, something odd happens on earth. High tides and a odd amount of thunderstorms occur, and pokemon are becoming much more dangerous while wild and free. Not only that, but a strange dark looking creature has now appeared during these odd occurrences and has been called "alpharius, the dark origin pokemon" by famous pokemon professors such as elm, rowan, oak, birch, sycamore, and juniper. No one has been yet to survive a encounter by alpharius, only leaving quick photos of it. What is to be of earths future? Read to find out!

In an attempt to bring back the nearly extinct animals, humans began to experiment, and ended up creating the first Elemental, a sergal by the name of Sirius. Elementals are Animals capable of controlling the Elements, Sirius was created to control the Earth Element in an attempt for him to create the perfect environment for animals to come back from the brink of extinction. But the Humans created an animal with an advanced mind, able to think for himself and able to fight back. Months passed and Sirius watched as more a more Elementals were created, experimented on, and controlled. This sparked his anger. Sirius gathered the Elementals and started a rebellion, killing the scientists and destroying the facility. The Humans fought back and managed to overpower Sirius, destroying him, or so they thought. The Humans forced all animals back out into nature, forcing the two to separate. Years later, the animals live outside the boundaries of the human cities, peace has come again. But that won't last long, Sirius is back and is now threatening to wipe out the human race entirely. While helping good old Bill with a new experiment, Crystal--who is now known as Pearl--sent herself into a different dimension that is inhabited by Pokémon. The thing is, the time she enters is due to accident that she doesn't realize, and also one of complete darkness. She meets a Treecko and Celebi who have talked about changing the dark fate of their world, and she helps set their plan in motion. Before action, however, they have much work to do. They explained the Time Gears to Pearl, and those were what needed to be found to prevent the paralysis of the world. They also trained in combat, history, and ancient languages. In the midst of it all, Treecko evolves, and Pearl reveals the possibility of this future becoming non-existant, along with the rest of the Pokémon. Still, they continue their journey to save the world from darkness and enter the past, as Temporal Tower starts its collapse. This is set before the story of PMD: Explorers of Sky. This is my story plot, and Crystal/Pearl is my Trainer OC. I have a previous book that I recommend, but it doesn't add much to this story or the next. It truly was a world trapped in darkness. Pokémon have been easily corrupted by said darkness and it seems there is very little hope. But then again, hope is something that is very hard to kill. A certain, young Treecko, along with their found family simply look to survive in this dreary world. But Treecko has a much bigger dream. What if...the state of the world could be reversed? What if the sun shined again? What if the wind blew again? What if they could create a brighter future for those in the past? With the help of a wounded Duskull, his adoptive mother Espeon and his fellow family members of a timid Froakie, a Braixen cursed into silence, a former outlaw Midnight Lycanroc & a mask wearing Zoroark, he looks to seek out the mythical "Celebi", who may provide a route to make his dream a reality. But of course, the dark forces will seek to snuff out any potential light at the end of the tunnel. Dialga, now gone primal, seeks his own self preservation, even if it includes commanding a Pokémon suffering through grief to do his bidding. Learn of the story of the Pokémon of the future, of the Treecko who would partner with a human to change history, of how friends would turn into enemies and how things played out from their perspective. The plot of this fic is loosely based on the ROM Hack "Special Episode 0: In A Dark Past", with changes to the tone being somewhat less dark and alternative characters in different roles. Scientists were baffled: "What kind of creature is this? How can it summon cataclysmic storms and tsunamis just by moving its fins? None of this makes any sense!" Netizens were hysterical: "What! This giant whale controls the sea itself? It just created a storm like it was nothing!" The world trembled: "If there's a Kyogre, then what other unimaginable beings exist? Have we been blind to the gods of this world all along?" And Ron himself declared with divine authority: "I am the God of the Sea.
