Hey there. :) I'm Maddie, a fourteen year old Christian girl who is into photography, singing, reading, and is just starting high school after moving to a completely new place. Who am I.......... I'm just a girl looking for someone to hold and never let go. I'm a girl whose been through a lot in the past, I would hate to relive. I just want to be known for the good I've done and not the bad. I just want to be loved by someone who understands me for who I am. I don't want to be judged just because I am a christian and I'm different from others. I want to be known as the girl who helped others with their problems and hard times. Sometimes I wonder who am I? Am I a person people look up to or am I a person people hate. Who am I?

It all happened so fast. So quick. I didn't even realize what was going on. By the time I did however, it was far too late. They were all gone. All dead. Or, I guess you could say that they are somewhat alive. They're living, after all. They're the living dead. I'm so stupid. I should have be faster, I should have noticed. So this is my first time writing an actual story ok so give me some credit, also it's based off a person's real life experience they have me permission to write about it, and it's a story about a male nurse at a mental hospital who falls in love with a patient of theirs who isn't mental but was sent their because she tried to end her life cuz she was depressed and had old trauma. I have 11,755 words in my book.

It all happened in one day. The nuclear explosion. The gas spilling out of the nuclear plant and poisoning people. The gas moving over the grave yard and the dead popping out a couple minutes later. People eating others. It's so much. I don't know if I will be able to survive.

I didn't wish for my existence to be known. I didn't asked to be here in the first place. I didn't want anyone's attention. And yet the same day I opened my eyes, I realized, I'm not like any other child in this world. I'm not as innocent and as pure as the other little kids around me. I'm not as vulnerable and as weak as they think I would be. Cause the moment I opened my eyes in this tiny body, I knew this isn't what I'm supposed to be.
