Lost with burning hands

Lost in a city where she doesn't speak the language with a map that confuses people rather than guides them would have been enough reasons to make anyone frustrated. But adding to such circumstances a freezing weather and an unbearable pain due to burning hands, that was way too much for a 19-year-old girl who for the first time in her life leaves the warmth of her home and parents' hugs to suffer the cold and roughness of Germany.
