Set in Seattle in the early 90s, Pearl Jam is about ready to release their second record: "Vs." Hard-hitting, loud, and full of rage, the album is bound to be a hit, but is that a good thing? It seems that something isn't right with the band's chemistry. Everyone is falling apart at the seams and needs one another to mend themselves, but will the 5 guys realize that before it's all too late? *TRIGGER WARNING

Sydney didn't have much, but that was fine with her. She didn't need much. Growing up on the Washington coast in a lonely beach town, working quietly behind the scenes was what she was good at. Living on the beach was much less glamorous than most people imagine. Her home was a beat up old Winnebago that she had shared with her father until he passed. Her father had been a detached parent. He loved his daughter of course, but he was by no means an affectionate man. She had grown up fending for herself, working backstage at a bar that hosted live bands using a fake ID. After the death of her father she saw an ad for a guitar technician for a local Seattle band. A love of rock and roll had been the one thing that her and her dad had in common. Selling everything that she didn't need she packed up her pickup truck and travelled north to the city, leaving the sleepy town in her rear view mirror. She didn't expect to embark on what would become the adventure of a lifetime. For someone who had hardly left the town she grew up in, the opportunity to get paid to travel the country and listen to great music was a dream come true. The band became her family, and life on the road was a perfect fit for her. Chris Cornell instantly became Sydney's best friend in the whole world. They were in love, that was plain as day to anyone who paid attention. Yet, sometimes love isn't as simple as it should be. Sometimes, love hurts.
