After your father died in the war, your brother Ben and your Mom moved to Derry Main in search of a new start with your aunt. Needless to say starting school was rough with the bullies and the nerds, and with no group of friends you belonged with. as the year was coming to a close you met a few friends that you didn't even want to know at the begging, the bullies. Like any girl in your time you fell in love with one, but you cant confess your feelings without a even bigger truth coming out.

After crossing the creek, just as I was about to make my way up the small hill, his shaky voice rang out. "Wait!" He called, and I stopped in my tracks. "Could you..."
